What is the MEMC Algorithm and how does it work in TV?

    1.  MEMC stands for Motion Estimation, Motion Compensation and is an intelligent TV technology, that allows it to smoothly display pictures on the screen.
    2. MEMC works by inserting frames in the middle of two frames of footage to increase the total number of frames in the same scene.
    3. It is also called motion smoothing.
