What is an RCA cable and what does it do?

    1. RCA cables are wire connectors that are used to carry audio and video signals.

    3. They have an iconic multi-color design (red, black, yellow, and white) and are slotted in ports with matching colors.
    4. They derive their name from the Radio Corporation of America (RCA) which first designed the cables in the 1930s.
