What is an AV input on a TV?

    1. AV input stands for audio visual input and it is a port which receives sound and video signals from a source such as a decoder.
    2. AV cables are typically multi-colored with red, yellow and white colors.
    3. Once the signals are delivered via the AV input/Video input, they go to the TV’s Digital Media Renderer (DMR) which display them as film for viewers.
